Hi,

Lamotrigine or epitec is an anticonvulsant and used commonly either for control of seizures or for mood symptoms. Fluoxetine (nuzac) is an antidepressant indicated in various depressive and anxiety related illnesses. You have not mentioned what symptoms you are receiving this for.

You are currently experiencing symptoms of low mood, loss of interest, getting tired easily, inspite of being on the antidepressant. Firstly make sure you take the medications regularly. Going through a stressful time in your life as well can cause this. Visit your psychiatrist soon, you may expect him/her to optimize the dose of fluoxetine after evaluating you.

Exercising regularly will help you feel better in addition.

Hope this helps,
Dr A Rao

General & Family Physician Dr. Veera Raghava Rao Buddha.'s  Response
Hi, it appears that you are having postural hypotension, either by the drugs, or by weakness, i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. If any medical problem is not there you can discontinue the nuzac with the advise of your doctor. thank you.
