Hello,

Liquid Dettol can serve as an antiseptic agent, not for pain relief.

Application of xylocaine hydrochloride gel after sitz bath and bowel movement will help greatly.

Regular intake of analgesic medication and stool softener as liquid cremaffin or ispaghula husk serve best healing modalities.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
