Hi there ~

Having functional diarrhea is a symptom and the reason for you to lose weight. I wonder if you have a condition like lactose intolerance or gluten sensitivity which is making you lose weight or hampering your weight gain. I also wonder if you should see a gastroenterologist to have your testing done and get the supplements that are required. Unfortunately there is no standard nutrition plan that will increase your weight. I hope this helps.

Take care and have a lovely day!
