Pelvic Ultrasound Report With Mass In The Myometrium And Cervix. Treatment?

I am 50 y/o with no menstual cycles for 3 years. Recent pelvic ultrasound revealed a small echogenicity mass within the myometrium . Additionally, there was a mixed echogenicity mass in the cervix measuring 1.2 x 1 x 0.6cm. No free fluid was seen within the pelvis . What would be the best course of treatment for my condition?

You may possibly have a fibroid or two but it has to be be confirmed with an examination. If you dont have any symptoms,no need to do anything. The report says the size is small. If you have any pain, bleeding etc then surgery would be an option.
