Prolonged Cold. Gave Antibiotics For Suspected Sinus. Having Swollen Lips, Itchy Eyelids, Rashes. Allergic Reaction?

I have had a cold now for over 3 weeks. This also occurred at the beginning of the year in February. In the end doctor said it was my sinus's and gave me antibotics. I told the doctor at the time when I took medication for the cold I would wake up in the morning with 'botox' lips, red, slightly swollen and itchy eyelids and a rash on my next, it would go after a few hours but occurred every morning for a few days she did not give me any reason as I suggested an allergic reaction to the medication she said he never heard of anyone being allergic to sudofed?? But again I now have this cold I took a Wilkinson one a day cold tablet, fine all days 8pm at night lips tingled woke up in the morning with the lips and eyes.
