Rashes And Hives, Abdominal Cramping, Chest Pain And Delayed Periods. Had Got A Tattoo Recently. Suggestions

white18 year old female living in Washington recently having unprotected sex with boyfriend 2 months ago moved in with bf, and got 2 new tattoos (to add to 4 i had gotten the previous 5 months) all in the same week. Within the first cpuple weeks felt itchy &developed a rash went into the doctors& told me i had allergies prescribed antihistamine- worked well for ab. two weeks switched to organic sensitive laundry soap and watched what ate tried drinking more water. Then moved out of boyfriends house.noticed sort of felt better &finally started my menstrual cycle two weeks after moving i stayed back over at my boyfriends house again felt crazy itchy and was very stressed so i left. Last night drank 3 beers laid down 2 am woke up 4am hives all over chest &arms (had only changed my shirt for bed earlier into a shirt i wore at boyfriend) panicked took a benadryl showered w/ baby soap &drank a glass of water. fell asleep Today washed laundry in baby soap +few drops of lavender oil. Once i changed noticed got hives around waist lower stomach took 1 benadryl&stopped feeling AS itchy but didnt help much. Symptoms: Constipation followed by diarrhea (off and on for several months) Late/ missed menstrual cycle (always had a weird cycle. missed period for up to 3 months then bled dark brown blood for over a week) now experiencing yellowy/white discharge with a chemically scent (its not fishy) Rash 2 months(looks like clearing up now but was bad the last 2 months) (little red bumps secrete clear liquid itch like CRAZY spread all over bodygenerally in larger clusters on hands arms and feet with sometimes a small white crack or line that splits my skin open) Hives (a couple weeks or so after rash)(all over. after i itch bumps)(taken care of with two benadryl) lower back pain and side pain with lower abdominal pain randomly usually for a few days at a time for 2 months. (feels like cramps) general abdominal pain for several months Chest pain (since about 2009, but shooting pain and worse for last 2 months) Other info: My grandma is allergic to wheat,dairy, and gluten and i also believe i may be to, I know i have had problems with dairy since i was young. My grandfather died of a heart attack, and my father has heart problems now at age 35 I smoked cigarettes off and on for the last 4 years. smoked marijuana heavily for the last 5 years. I took 4-5 pregnancy tests right before i moved in with boyfriend but all were negative. I have joint, and bone problems (like scoliosis) My eating and sleeping schedule has been crazy and my depression/anxiety seems to be worsening. I do not have insurance, so I do not want to go in to the doctors again to pay $200 for them to tell me i have allergies again. I want to have some better ideas first before seeking medical attention. please help me. thank you
