Reason For The Knuckles To Hurt?

I have been cracking the knuckles in my hands for years on and off. I crack my thumb knuckle by pushing it to the side and kind of twisting it. i did it yesterday and it has been hurting on the knuckle, I think i may have hurt somn near my knuckle, it hurts to move it a lot.

Hello,

Usually, knuckle cracking may not cause any pain in joint unless you developed arthritis or joint capsule injury etc.

So get it done an x-ray of the joint. Give rest, use pain killer if necessary. If symptoms not improved please consult your orthopedician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
