Severe Diarrhea. Need Treatment. Worried About Kidney Function

So i have been having really bad diarrhea ever since yesterday late afternoon. constantly having to go to the bathroom, i switched to just straight liquids for the majority of today and i am still pooping everything out.. its all liquid no solids coming out of my anus. Whats wrong please help, is there something wrong with my kidneys? I very worried

Thanks for your query
You didn't mention in the query about how many times you are going to bath room..
If the fluid loss is very high then you need to take parenteral liquids like IV normal saline...
Apart from that you have to take antibiotics to control diarrhoea..
Fluid loss may cause damage to kidney but this is temporary only,,once you are taking fluids i will revert to normal...
Consult general physician for further details
