Should I Be Concerned For Having Period Twice In A Month After Missing Period For Months?

Hello my name is leigh ann i am 45 i missed a period for 2 months then i got a period then i got another one in the same month it has been mostly spotting only when i wipe after urinating i have no pelvic pain.it did stop for a couple days but started back up again sick of wearing pads already:)should i be concerned?it has been 2 weeks now of bleeding well spotting enough that i have to wear a pad

Hello there thanks for posting your query at HCM
Leigring as you are telling that you are already 45 years old, I would like to bring to your attention that in females the the for the stopping of the periods or menopause as we call it is 45-55 years . when the woman is in the perimenopausal phase or nearing menopause her normal menstrual cycle becomes irregular. There is nothing really to worry about that dear . But you must still i stress consult your gynoecologist and ask her to rule out any pathology .She then will rule out any course of action .
