OBGYN 's  Response
Hi,
Anteverted uterus is the most common presentation and needs no alarm. Of the two modes of version or position of the uterus, namely retroversion and anteversion, the latter is the commoner. The other findings like the size of the uterus, endometrial picture are normal. If the ovaries show multiple follicles in the process of development, it could indicate PCOD. Please contact for further information or see a specialist. Hope this helps.
