do i have to take medication to get rid of pinworms or will they go away on their own i know i should take medicine but i don t have the time to go to the doctor this month.

Yes you need to take medication for pinworm infestation . You can take a combination of albendazole 400 mg with ivermectin 6 mg , one tablet just one time.
Then repeat another dose after one week .
