Should I Be Worried About Lightheadedness Before A Bowel Movement?

I have IBS . . . . one or twice before a bowel movement first thing in the morning, I will feel a bit light headed. I do suffer from anxiety and panic attacks although I do not take any meds for these conditions. I am wondering if there is any connection.
