Small Child, White Pimple Like Bump On Clitoris, Hard Pus Drainage, Diaper Rash. Treatment?

my 19month old daughter has a single white pimple type bump on/near her clitoris. i noticed after her bath and thought it was left over cream from her diaper change, when i went to wipe it clean a bit of hard pus came out, i pressed gently again and more came out. she said it was hurting earlier her but i assumed earlier it was a bit of diaper rash . what could this be?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi

This might be a diaper rash secondarily infected by bacteria.

You may apply antibacterial ointment like T Bact thrice a day for about 5 days.
Avoid diapers till it heals.
Do not wipe hard. Gentle mopping with wet cloth will do.

If redness increases or the lesion becomes big or painful for your baby, do see your Pediatrician. In such a case she might need oral antibiotics too.

Hope my answer helps you.
Wish your daughter good health.
