Suffering From Swollen Arm, Having Pain And Losing Circulation. Suggest

Hi, I fell over a couple of months ago and landed on my elbow. My whole arm swelled up and ever since when i bent my arm from the elbow down my arm tends to ache and feels like its losing circulation. I saw a doctor and all they did was tell me to wear a compression band and come back when the swelling came done. I did as they said and when I returned for x rays they told me it was just bruised and sent me on my way.
