Suggest Medication For Rash For Kid

my 5 year old daughter has a rash all over her body. they are slightly raised and feel like fine sandpaper to touch. she also has a bright red face. she has had a temperature since friday night but it is a lot better now and she seems to be less miserable and lethargic now

Rash could be associated with viral infection.
If fever has settled the rash should settle in a day or two.
Try calamine lotion and ensure she drinks plenty of liquids to keep her hydrated.
