Suggest Remedies For Vaginal Dryness

I'm 21-years-old. When I was younger I used to have two periods a month...really heavy ones to the point where they had to check and make sure I wasn't becoming anemic. Eventually that calmed down. I'm not sure when this started happening, but I now have vaginal dryness. It was only recently that I became aware that it's not normal for someone my age to experience this on a regular basis. I've also had two miscarriages, but the doctors didn't seem to think this was abnormal. I've also never been able to experience orgasm during sex and it's in fact often painful for me and sometimes I bleed. What's wrong with me?
