Hi,

It seems that you may be having candidal infection of foot. You have diabetes, which might be responsible for this infection. There may be erythema, erosed skin, burning, itching on affected parts of the foot. Interdigital areas and sole may be affected. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis. Avoid excessive contact with water. Avoid soap bath. Use dettol to cleanse the area. Take antifungal like itraconazole for few weeks with anti inflammatory drugs, antibiotics and antihistaminics. Apply combined cream of antifungal and antibiotic cream. Have control of DM. I hope you might feel better after few weeks treatment.

Thanks.
