Suggest Treatment For Allergic Skin Rashes Caused After Combliflam Intake

hello doc, my friend had taken combiflam in the afternoon due to body pain. He has developed rashes on his face. He had also eaten prawns. He is 37 years old, height around 5 6 and weight around 62. Kindly help.as to what can he do urgently as there r no medical shops around.
