Hello,

It may be due to Condyloma acuminatum (anogenital warts) caused by epidermotropic human papillomavirus (HPV).

However, confirmation needs a clinical examination of the anal area. Consult a female Gynaecologist. I mean it is difficult to predict without examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
