hi...I have a bad cold i think.......runnny nose, sore thrat, coughing ...slight fever and mouth ulcer? what should i do? also there is a swell in my right neck below my ears.......i am concern about this....is this a result of the bad cold that i have?

Hi,
It seems that you might be having acute upper respiratory tract infection.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course like Azithromicin for 3-5 days.
Avoid cold drinks, junk food.
Ok and take care.
