Suggest Treatment For Diverticulitis

In the last year i have been dealing with diverticulitis, which happens to be located in the small intestine, and a case of gastritis. I have been taking medicine for gastritis that does not seem to help. I watch my diet but still can't figure out how to eat without feeling bloated or discomfort. I did weight watchers years ago and was very successful. Now I have gained a solid 15 lbs. and cannot seemed to figure out how to lose it. I also take take B-12 daily since I seem to have a hard time feeling fatigued. I feel like a puzzle that i can't figure out how to solve. Any suggestions?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the condition is confirmed for gastritis and Diverticulitis then this both can be managed very successfully, diverticulitis does not need any specific drug therapy but it can be manage with conservative type of treatment, but gastritis can be managed with PPI (Proton pump inhibitor) like Omeprazole 40 mg once in day still the underlying cause of Gastritis is matter of concern and it need to be eliminated hope this information helps.
