Suggest Treatment For Fibroid In The Uterus

Hi, I am 37 years of age have fibroids since 2.5 years. I am unmarried. I am having fibroids of 8.5*11.5*12.5 cm in size. I took homeopathic medice for one year than Ayurvadic medicines for another 1 yera but fibroids are still there . My periods are normal some time heavy bleeding but dureation of periods are normal. no other problem.Can I go for operation or if got operated shall i be able to conceive after marriage or any other option to go for fibroids cure.My fibroids are outside of uterous.
