Suggest Treatment For Runny Nose, Fever And Abdomen Rashes Of A 5 Month Baby

My 5 month old has had cold-like symptoms since early yesterday evening and has barely slept since then. Runny nose (clear), cough, lots of phlem and boogers, now has a fever of 102.1 taken rectally. Eating normally, not exceptionally fussy, light rash on abdomen, very gassy, flushed cheeks...

Hi..it looks like viral illness. You should continue symptomatic treatment to control fever,cough and cold. No need to start any antibiotic at present. Also continue good oral intake and fluid intake
