Suggest Treatment For Viral Fever And Mouth Ulcer Of A 2 Year Old

Hi Doctor my son is 2years 2months old and he is suffering from viral fever since monday due to this he is having mouth ulcer too and not able to eat anything due to pain in his mouth can we give him Nutrolin B syrup for this as he is having fever also.I m so much tensed as he is not eating anything bcoz it pains a lot in his mouth pls suggest doctor i m waiting for ur reply.

Hi, start in my opinion you should start neutrolin b syrup, apply Zytee lotion in mouth for 5 days and give paracetamol syrup for fever. I hope this has helped you. Wishing your child good health. Take care.
