Surgery Done For Pleural Effusion On Back. There Is Still Fluid. What Is The Stage Of Tuberculosis Disease?

Medical History: I was diagnosed with pleural effusion on my back on the right in March. Had an operation for the same in first week of May. For Cold abscess. My A.F.B. report shows Grade +1 present. But the 6 week report is also negative.
I still have fluid in my left lungs hence I'm taking medicines (Rictamazid, Combutol, Surbex, PZA CIBA). The doctor also gave me antacid(Zinetac) and painkiller(Dynapar), however i do not take those since I don't feel the need. I also take streptomycin injections 5 times a week.
I recently developed (a month after operation) swelling around stitches and sort of bubble with pus I think, The doctor punctured it with an injection and removed it. I've dressing again since 2 days and its not healing. One of the family doctors advised me not to eat oily/sour/spicy food though my doctor did not say anything like that.
I do not understand what to do. I'd request you to guide me with what sort of food to eat and what to avoid. Also, Can I exercise? I sometimes experience strong pain in my leg joints (near hips and thighs). Taking the painkiller gives relief for 2-3 hours and then it starts again hence I do not take painkilelrs.
What is the stage of my Tuberculosis disease? Any guidance would be helpful.

Hi thanks for using HCM.
since you have TB you need to follow anti TB regimen and have to take nutritious food. Since gastritis you can reduce spicy food. Pleural effusion will reduce slowly. You need to do some breathing exercises regularly and other exercises moderately. Can consult your physiotherapist. Most important thing is to adhere to your treatment regimen. Take care of your health and also the wound. Regularly get it dressed. Get well soon.
