Taken An Ultrasound Of Uterus, Shows Bulky Uterus, Fibroids, Multiple Mass Lesions. What Is Wrong?

good morning sir, sir I have taken a ultrasound (TVS) my uterus, reports :
Bulky uterus shows multiple intramural mass lesions involving both walls.
Endometrium measuring 6mms, not deformed

size of the uterus = 94 x 62 x 52mms
Size of the fibroids = 27x24mms, 10x9 mms ( ant wall)
12x9mms (post. wall)
sir, give me instruction i am very afraid sir

Hi, Your TVS ultrasound shows Bulky uterus, with intra mural mass lesions, Endomatrium 6 mm.
You have got intra mural fibroids, if your age is over 40 years, and had children, and if you have any problem like pain excess bleeding hysterectomy will be the choice.
If still in child bearing age and no children, fibroidectomy may be tried. Thank you.
