Tender Heavy Breasts And Headaches, Panic Attacks. Could It Be Due To Menopause? Have Normal Periods

I have tender heavy breasts, headache migraines that seem to travel from my neck to my head and last for three days at least twice a month. i also suffer from occasional panic attacks and mood swings over the silliest of things and feel i am not myself ... this seems constant..some mention menopause yet I am only 44 and my periods are regular???

Thanks for the query.
During perimenopausal state also some women may experience mood swings, head aches etc.
So if your symptoms are severe, you once consult gynecologist get examined.
And go for hormonal profile including estrogen, FSH, Thyroid profile etc.
With this workup the possible cause can be identified and treatment can be given.
If needed you can go for councilling once.
