hello sir/maam, i am 57 yr old having a problem of persistent urination tendency,and slight temperature.Following the doctor s advice i underwent an ultrasound which indicates a grade 1 prostate enlargement with insignificant pvr(prostate measure 48*34*34) and the urine culture reports indicate- klebsiella pneumoniae 10^5 CFU/mL is isolated. Kindly suggest the further medical procedure that i should follow..?
