Urine Analysis Done For Urine Infection. Pus Cells Found. Prescribed Ceftum, Suffering From Back Ache. Side Effect?

I am 29 years old,90 kgs,12 weeks pregnant, yesterday went to OBG as i was suffering from urine infection.The urine report mentioned the pus cells is between 6-8.Doctor prescribed me CEFTUM 125 MG.From yesterday night after taking that medicine i am suffering from back ache,is it side effect of that medicine.awaiting immediate response.

Hello,

Bach ache is not due to side effect of the antibiotic. It is referred pain due to pelvic infection.

Secondly physiological lordosis may also cause back ache.
