What Causes UTI With Fever, Chills, Muscle Aches And Diarrhea?

i was recently diagnosed with a urinary tract infection and have been on antibiotics for now six days. however i get chills and mild fever, i have had diarrhea once last night, and have muscle aches and tingling around my bicep/tricep area, and sometimes my knees feel heavy when lying in bed. i am 22yrs old, 5ft 6inches, 71kg medium build. Please let me know what my problem could be.
