What Causes A Rash On The Stomach And Neck Of A Child Along With A Swollen Belly?
Hi,
My son is 15 months old and has had a rash for two days on his stomach and neck. I have also notticed that his belly looks swollen and his belly is hard as a rock. He is not fussy, he is drinking well and eating well.What could this be if anything?

In the absence of following symptoms there is no cause of concern
1. fever
2. Distension of abdomen
3. Not passing stools
It is more likely to be prickly heat rash that could be the cause in absence of above symptoms
