What Causes Blister Like Things On The Child S Face?

3 year old boy developed rash behind right ear. day 2, chest congestion noted this am. No temp, no dranage noted. started as small clump behind right ear now spread below ear onto neck, some noted on nose, & right side of face. They look like very small blisters. What are they?
