What Causes Body Odor Like An Adult In A 7 Year Old?

Hi, I have a 7 year old boy, lately I have notice that he has body order like a grown adult. Yesterday , I notice a long sticky substain in his stool which I thought it look like dead pinworm. I have not given any pinworm medicine yet. Do you think that body order and pinworm in this case are related... Thank You.
