What Causes Itchy Spots Around The Bottom Of The Leg?

Hi, My 7 year old has spots that appeared yesterday all over her bottom and a few on her feet and around the body, but seems to be concentrated around her bottom. They look identical to chicken pox spots, however she already has had chicken pox. We have used a generic Eczema and rash cream but is still very itchy. What else could it be, and should she see a Pediatrician. Thanks James

Hello dear, welcome to health care magic forum.
It is very rare for getting chicken pox second time.
So this can be a rash associated with some other viral infections or an allergic reaction.
Since this is very itchy and resistant to topical smoothening agent, kindly see your pediatrician for proper diagnosis and treatment.
Thank you
