i woke up yesterday morning with severe pain.. it was difficult to pass bm. i had been constipated for a few days only passing little pebble poos. anyway after waking up and have solid bm, i was then hit with diarrhea fever, sweats and vomiting. since then i have had terrible lower abdo pain and i have noticed a large blood clot during my last bm
Rectal bleeding (known medically as hematochezia) refers to passage of bright red blood from the anus, often mixed with stool and/or blood clots.
Causes of rectal bleeding include hemorrhoids, anal fissure, proctitis, Crohn's disease, diverticulosis, ulcerative colitis, rectal ulcer, rectal prolapse, ischemic colitis, angiodysplasia, rectal trauma, anal cancer, colon cancer, proctitis from radiation therapy, and others.
Possibly your suffering from constipation with fissure in ano
Treatment Avoid fatty spicy diet Take plenty of water Take high fiber diet Regular exercise Use syrp. Duphalac 30ml at night time Dilgel for local application.
