What Causes Nausea With Bloating And Muscle Spasms?

I have been suffering from nausea with bloating in my stomach that feels like my stomach is full of air and has severe muscle spasms. I have headaches at least 4 days a weak and have had a 2 week problem wit urinating. My urine flow is normal but comes out very slowly and doesn t seem to empty my bladder all the way unless I strain and push at the end. Today I had the nausea feeling and also awoke tonight with a horrible squeezing pain in a band of about 3 all the way around my waste with severe pain over my kidney areas on my back. Any ideas what could be wrong with me? I am post gastric bypass and revision for scar tissue at anastomosis and now do not have enough blood flow to that area, so I suffer with chronic ulcers and bleeding ulcers too.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about your suffering from nausea with bloating and severe muscle spasms. Headache for at least 4 days in a week, problem in urinating causing slow stream and unable to empty the bladder completely unless you strain and push at end. Had pain around waist spreading over kidney area on back, is post-gastric bypass with scar tissues at anastomosis, also suffer from chronic and bleeding ulcers.

As per the history you have provided, there are many problems: the pain and bloating in stomach, Headache, difficult in emptying bladder.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Urine test: Routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity, antibiotic treatment, ultrasonography of the whole abdomen, particularly the genito-urinary tract.
Opinion of an Urologist and cysto-urethroscopy to see the exact problems and get treated accordingly.
our second problem is related to the Bloating and pain in stomach in a way that you have mentioned above can be due to sort of gastroenteritis.
Tests of stool and blood will further help.
Headache can be due to varied reasons and hence personal opinion of your Doctor, preferably a Neurologist can help.
This way a proper diagnosis and proper plan of management can help.
