What Causes Numbness In Legs Of Kids?

My 6 year old son has numbness/tingle/intching in both his big toes and now in his thumbs. He rubs his big toes against the pointer toe to make it feel better and says he can't help it. I asked him if it is the skin that itches and hurts and he says no...its inside. There is no rash or redness of the skin or nails. Please help..?????

hii...is your son taking more of milk without meat if so tingling numbness point out to vit b 12 deficiency.otherwise it could be due to worm infestation causing iron def.work out his vit b12 s.ferritin status.consult his paediatrician nearby..
