What Causes Pelvic Pain And Drainage Inside Stomach?

I went to the doctor yesterday adn i have been experiencing pelvic pain it feels like some is leaking in side of me and it hurts around my pelvic and vagina area. When i sit down or bend down . she scheduled me an ultrasound soon. she gave me some motrin it is a weird feeling she said i might have a cyst, i use to have fibroids awhile back and had surgery, again it feels like something is leaking inside of my stomach or draining off

Hello,

Possible causes for pain in the lower abdomen
1. Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID)
2. Cystitis
3. Ovarian follicle rupture
4. Ovarian torsion
5. Stone in the ureter
6. Premenstrual syndrome
7. Ectopic pregnancy
8. Appendicitis etcetera

I just mentioned possible causes we can do more than that without examination and scan report. Continue pain killers and take rest. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
