What Causes Pink Circle On Stomach After Hysterectomy?

I had a hysterectomy about two and a half months ago. About a month after my surgery I noticed a large pink circle on my stomach with a small pink one right next to it. They aren't going away and sometimes they itch a little but not bad and there are no bumps like you see in a rash. I don't know how long I had them before I noticed them but I didn't have them before surgery so I'm thinking they're connected. Should I be worried?

It could be an eczema. Can you attach a picture of the lesion in the follow up query so that a clinical diagnosis can be made out.
