about 8-9 weeks I got constipated for the first time and had no bowel movement for about 2-3days and then when I did go it was just small short soft peices, then I went to the chemist and they gave me a fibre drink, I had that twice but did t make much difference. then a few days later I got senakot and took for about 2 days but my bowel movement was there but not back to normal. then again took nothing for a few days and then took dulcolax for few nights, which gave me pain and cramps in my stomach and dirreoh in the morning and no bowel movement the rest of the day. Since I have had bowel movements but they are skinny, different colours, and soft and recently since 1 week twice a day and when i wipe with the tissue, there is hardly anything there and sometimes nothing at all and doesn t smell. my normal bowel movement was 2-3 times a day, which were big and long, and smelt and on tissue but now so skinny and today since yesterday even more skinny and short. Also for last 5-6 days i ve got a pain on my right bum cheeck, and also 1 and hald weeks ago i ve noticed 2 small lumps inside my body just below my waist which move but no pain and since last 2 weeks i ve noticed a hard lump or bone small round shape on top of my bum crack but no pain but when I sit on that it feels strange. I m a healthy slim person, what can this be? i m 6 and a half stone, since this had started 8-9 weeks ago it made me put on weight and my stoamch went massive and so big, but only last 8 days my stoach and weight has gone back to normal. im 31yrs old
