What Causes Severe Inflammation, Chronic Crohn S Disease After Gallbladder Removal?

I recently I recently had my gallbladder out a week later I m still in a lot of pain I had a cat scan and it showed severe inflammation so I was scope and found to have Chronic Crohns disease tho it doesn t run in my family and if never smoked.is this right? I m in hospital for ten days again its been monthly if just begun humira. Been on pentessa steroids carafate n a bunch more
