What Could Be The Long Fleshy Pieces In My Stool?

I have noticed long fleshy pieces in my stool regularly for the last two months. I am a female 43years old and this is the first time I am noticing this. Should I be worried? I weigh 160lbs and is 5ft 2ins. I have just had my womb removed due to fibroids and I have a history of cancer in my family.

HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for asking
Your query being appreciated, consistency, color, appearance of the fecal material is all depends upon the diet taken, if any thing unusual is there and no symptoms are there then it is nothing to worry, if the condition persist (Same thing appears again and again ) then stool need to be sent for laboratory testing, without that nothing can be said for sure, hope this information helps.
