What Could Be The Reason For Sharp Pains In Vaginal Opening, Weird Sensation In Clitoris During Urination?

i am have a weird sensation on my clitoris every time i urinate and i also get sharp pains in my vaginal opening sporadically throughout the day and its almost like a contraction. I at first I thought I had a yeast infection I had all the symptoms except for burning and odor is there anything you can help me with??

it may be fungal infection, you need antifungal treatment, internally for 3 weeks and local application for 3 months.
