What Could Be The Tiny White, Stringy Thing Around Her Anus Area?
My 24 month old daughter has tiny white, stringy things around her anus area. Area is red and, even though she wears a diaper, you can tell that she wants to scratch, both front and back areas. We treated for pinworms for a couple of months, but have finally realized she does not have pinworms.

It can be fungal infection so may need local candid Cream application...it can be just plain diaper rash...
