Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your kids problem can be allergic reaction to antibiotic ofloxacin ornidazole or it can be the rash of fever. So in that case a blood routine investigation will be necessary to exclude possibility of viral hemorhagic fever.By characteristic of rash also can find out what it is.It is better to have a consultation with pediatrician.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
