What Do Red And White Rashes On Under Arm Bicep Indicate?
Hello, my daughter is 6 yrs old I have noticed spots on the underside of her arm under bicep, some are white there are some spots also on the side of her body. there is a rash surrounding a small group of them, the rash is red and slightly bumpy do you know what it could be?

Based on the history you have given us it looks more like a fungal infection.
Antifungal ointments like clotrimazole is what I usually give to such patients.
