Since you had some bleeding, it should be noted if there is a low lying placenta or placenta praevia, or an abruption of the placenta. Management varies with each case. Either way, you need absolute rest preferably with elevation of the foot end, monitoring of fluid and electrolyte balance and observation with further sonograms if necessary. Please avoid strain throughout pregnancy. The rash does not mean any mineral deficiency; it can be some allergy and a dermatologist should be consulted for proper treatment. Hope this helps.
