Going by the symptoms you have told, I guess you might be having mild vaginal infection (most commonly) or a urinary tract infection which may/may not be sexually transmitted. Most of these could be treated with simple course of relevant Antibiotics. However, I suggest you to see your primary care physician for a complete clinical examination and other relevant laboratory tests along with your sexual partner.
