What Does " Uterus Being Anteverted And Slightly Bulky(AP 4.1cm) Suggest"?

I underwent test for TVS for Pelvic Organs, the result states: 1) Uterus- is anteverted and slightly bulky (AP 4.1cm). There are multiple tiny hypoechoic areas seen in the myometrium of the uterus. Endomentrial thickness is 12mm. Uterine cavity is empty. 2) Adnexae- both ovarias are normal in size. No mass lesion or cysts are seen in the adnexae. 3. Cul-de-sac is free of any collection.

IMPRESSION: Slightly bulky uterus with multiple tiny myoma.

Please advise on that report. thanks.
