What Does This Uterus Scan Report Indicate?

Hi I missed my periods and pregnancy test is negative and doctor suggested USG PELVIS.
The reports are follows
UTERUS:Uterus is anteverted in position.normal in size and achotexure.
No evidence of focal lesion seen.
No evidence of gestation sac seen at present.
Both ovaries show echogenic stroma with peripheral small follicles suggestive of pilycystic ovarian apperance.
Impression :-Bilateral polycystic ovarian apperance as described above .
To rule out possibility of PCOD
